I am leaning towards naming my "who" I work with as people who consider themselves to be "Reluctant Leaders." Famous examples for how I view this are Rosa Parks who was just TIRED (as lore tells it) and Katniss Everdeen from Hunger Games who simply wanted to save her sister. I relate with this type of leader SO MUCH because honestly I don't really want to lead. But I don't want to follow either. And there are SO MANY THINGS in the world that I want to see change. But leadership is hard. And often feels unsafe. And when you care about so many different causes and are sensitive to energy, it can be EXHAUSTING. So my thought is that I help Reluctant Leaders feel safe and grounded --even when feels everything around them is in chaos --so they can show up in the world as their whole selves and co-create the change they want to see in the world. (Exact words may change.) I'm curious, does Reluctant Leader resonate with anyone? 00:55:17 Paula Ackermann: Reacted to "I have a question fo..." with ❤️ 00:55:26 Tara Sage: Reacted to "I have a question fo..." with ❤️ 00:55:30 Robyn Vogel: Reacted to "I have a question ..." with ❤️ 00:55:53 Robyn Vogel: Replying to "I have a question ..."
