00:40:15 Jennifer Malamas: To deepen my coaching skills to be more heart aligned with my purpose; to open myself up more and go more deeply into myself 00:40:16 Susan Hagan: So many reasons! Despite having knowledge and skills, I am uncertain if I am able to create a transformational experience for a client. I don't think I'm ready to be a coach to anyone yet, I'm missing what this course is offering. Personal: I was drawn to the personal mastery aspect because I have been in survival mode for so long it's been challenging to connect with others and myself right now. I have been isolated from others for years now because of COVID and being immunosuppressed and I am not the best at maintaining relationships and connecting with others beyond a surface level. 00:41:22 Danisha: to show up for my life and my clients in a truly embodied way to be a working masterful coach and build a sustainable business with integrity 00:41:34 Amy G: To learn, grow, inspire, share, empower and lean in to discover more of my authenticity, skills and be witnessed in a community too. 00:41:35 Kavita Rani Arora: To get great at the details and become an even more deeply embodied so I can become an expert at supporting clients to reach their dreams 00:41:37 Mika Nakamura: To really be in tuned and connected with my Self and to really be impactful and masterful in serving as a coach. 00:41:40 Rosa Zubizarreta: Reacted to "To feel safe, confid..." with 💜 00:41:42 Cathy Norris: I want to practice coaching deeply with other coaches. Also, to feel secure in offering this to others, I want structure I can lean into and feel rest in - my nervous system will feel more secure and in congruence. 00:42:00 Tracey Brown: I'm on a personal transformation journey. I want to share the techniques and skills I"ve learned to help others on ltheir transformation journey. 00:42:11 Alexandra Breeze: Unwavering confidence in my ability to hold space and serve others. To become even more trauma-informed. Grateful to be here! 00:42:26 Tim Jarvis: To be able to connect with people on a much deeper level, in order to help them in a much more meaningful way. 00:43:30 Rosa Zubizarreta: I am here to nourish my soul. I want comprehensive training as a coach… as a life-long learning, I’ve picked up a lot of bits and pieces along the way, AND, I know that my calling is to go deep… and so THIS is the “comprehensive training” that calls to me. 00:43:54 Kimberly: I want to feel more connected to my power & purpose and to feel more clear and confident with how I'm helping people so that I can create expansive and meaningful containers. 00:44:20 Lisa Archer: To go deep into my own inner work so I can support clients at a deeper level too. And to learn how to connect in a more heart-centered way to myself, and with others, to co-create a sacred space of safety that sets the stage for breakthroughs that collect into transformation. 00:45:13 Jaya Chelani: I am here to go deeper within myself and accept and honor my true self fully and completely 00:46:09 Jessica Walker: Joining up for classes and then getting distracted by other shiny objects so I don't finish the original committment. 00:46:12 Sheila Wolff: I am here to deepen my skills as a coach and practitioner so that I can better support my clients in their transformations. I want the confidence that comes with mastery of coaching and I truly want to embody that. 00:46:14 Tanja Mateljan: Sacred Purpose: to embody and show up with integrity, clarity and depth in my life and work and to share my gifts widely to support people and community I serve to deepen into more connection, aliveness, presence and integrity. To honour all Life with reverence. 00:46:53 Maria Chowdhury: Resistance is showing up in the form of being concerned about how busy I will be. I’m wanting to embrace space rather than urgency and rushing and doing so much. 00:46:56 Katie Vason: to be in integrity- to learn and expand my coaching skills so that i can offer transformation on a deeper level. to move past my own blocks and to support my clients in doing the same 00:47:49 Tanja Mateljan: To gain confidence and learn how to work with resistance and self-sabotage 00:48:05 Dewi "Day-we" Maile Lim @alohadev: Resistance can show up for me as delaying diving in, procrastination and doubt that this will work for me. 00:49:21 Susan Engel: I will complete the program that I am creating that longs to be birthed 00:49:21 Nisha Mody (she/her): To be present and willing to try new ways of being with others and to show up for my “why”. 00:49:34 Sheila Wolff: I want to commit to getting the most I can out of this program, which means giving it my truest, fullest attention. My resistance shows up as getting distracted when things get hard, reaching for my phone or daydreaming instead. 00:49:43 Kacey Cardin, PCC: Community is access to deeper learning and healing. My body, desire, intuition, and energy are reliable sources of information and guidance. I can continue to hone my skills without feeling like anything is wrong or missing. 00:49:55 Jessica Walker: I am committing to showing up in person for all the weekly calls so that I am inside a live community of like-minded people. Let myself be heard and seen. And work the tools on myself deeply. Really take care of myself deeply in this process. So I’ll show up for calls, do the work, go to small groups, and get a partner. Show up and do the work. 00:50:12 Dewi "Day-we" Maile Lim @alohadev: Sacred Commitment to mySelf: to stay curious and stay the course. To allow myself to be vulnerable and show up fully to as many of the calls as possible. 00:50:24 jodigolda: To commit to having a beginners mind, pay attention to the detail—learn everything! 00:50:25 Katherine: I will show up with my fatigue, fear and doubts with presence and honesty 00:50:31 Pamela Shrock: To fully engage, share my thoughts, ask questions and do the work! 00:50:31 Kavita Rani Arora: I am committed to being all in$ 00:50:38 Jaya Chelani: My Sacred commitment to myself regarding this program is to show up in every class if I can not then watch the class withing 48 hrs , and do the work and applying the learnings in my life 00:50:41 Rosa Zubizarreta: My resistance shows up as “beating myself up” internally. “I should know this already… I DO know this already… maybe I’m just stuck in perpetual learner loop…” the TRUTH is, I deserve to give myself a space of nurturance, ongoing growth and healing, and community… my commitment is showing up! 00:50:52 Kavita Rani Arora: That dollar sign was a funny mistake 00:50:57 Jessica Dawson: I promise not to push myself to do anything before I am ready, especially with regard to taking on new clients and holding sacred space for others. 00:51:05 Maria Chowdhury: I commit to taking care of my self. Create space and go at my own pace while allowing the teachings to open me. 00:51:05 Jen: To honor myself and my deepest intention to be of service by actually showing up for this program as fully as possible. To engage with others and dare to be vulnerable and true. 00:51:18 Cathy Norris: To view participating in this program as the MOST important thing I’m doing for business (when I feel the resistance that it’s taking time away from my business) 00:51:26 Susan Hagan: My commitment; to apply everything I learn in loving, compassionate, courageously self-honoring ways. 00:51:35 Sue: Prioritize this course. Also to allow myself to be seen and heard, to take up space and ask for what I need. 00:52:28 Rosa Zubizarreta: My sacred commitment is to show up, with willingness to RECEIVE… 00:52:43 Alexandra Breeze: I will remain open, trusting of my intuition, and honor the process in this beautiful container. I am capable, worthy and powerful thus, able to create change internally and with others. 00:52:50 Rosa Zubizarreta: Reacted to "My sacred commitment..." with 💜 00:53:07 Jessica Dawson: Reacted to "My sacred commitment..." with 💗 00:53:23 Nisha Mody (she/her): Reacted to "My sacred commitment..." with 💗 00:53:27 Nisha Mody (she/her): Reacted to "My sacred commitment..." with 💜 00:53:59 Amy G: I commit to listening and honouring my heart, believing in myself and fully show up, pushing up against and going beyond my comfort levels and stretch myself! Keeping curious and being open to receive. 00:56:46 Susan Hagan: Lisa, beautiful to see you, thank you for sharing! 00:56:58 Lisa Archer: Reacted to "Lisa, beautiful to s..." with 😘 00:57:25 Jennifer Malamas: My sacred commitment: to show up fully, do the work, be embodied and present; open and be vulnerable; use my support structures including the community; belief: I will get a lot from this and grow in ways that I cannot even imagine! 00:58:17 Beth Fuller (she/her): I sacred commitment is to be kind to myself throughout this process and to be disciplined, involved, and engaged as I go through this training. I choose to be open and curious with myself throughout this process. This is something I enrolled in for me and it’s an opportunity to experiment, be vulnerable, and take up space. 01:02:27 Sue: Thank you for that share! I just wrote down “receive and be in community “. Thank you! 01:02:28 Amy G: So resonant Rosa, thank you for sharing. I hear you. 01:02:53 Rosa Zubizarreta: Thank you… 💕 01:02:58 Alexandra Breeze: Sending you love and light. Thank you for sharing, Rosa! 01:03:14 Kacey Cardin, PCC: Rosa, I have some similar resistance, and I’m grateful to be in this container where we can own our own expertise and knowledge while also learning and showing up with humility and curiosity! Thank you for sharing your experience and resistance <3 01:03:39 Rosa Zubizarreta: Reacted to "Sending you love and..." with 💜 01:04:06 Rosa Zubizarreta: Reacted to "Rosa, I have some si..." with 💜 01:04:15 Lara Wilde: Is there a handout posted for today? 01:04:56 Mallory Heartsong (she/her): I am here to honor the deepest possibilities of deepening into the vastness of my own being and the precious souls in this container and community, and of offering the greatest support to those I am blessed and honored to work with. I have plenty of resistance, and being here is part of how I am continuing to move forward. I’ve been on an intense healing journey that feels multi-fold - it has supported the vastness of my empathy and compassion and awareness of healing on multiple levels somatically, energetically, physically, soulfully… and it has also felt like resistance- a way to play small after major traumas and loss. Even last night, my dog was really sick so I barely slept, which has also been am old form of resistance learned from family. Physical trauma from chronic pain and mold toxicity and inflammation created a different forms of resistance with consistency for capacity for presence, anxiety, and overwhelm. I’ve done so much to heal. Even the time we gather is while I am working with small children. I also have resistance to sharing in groups -especially when multitasking… also why typing is taking so long 😅 and it’s ok. But I do want to share my voice and be present, when we are together live. It is so important to me to stand in my presence and power with all of you and in life. I commit to do the best I can each day, to be as present as possible and have that be enough. To notice if I’m hiding because of all the things and receive connection and support. I commit to going deep, to continue to heal on all levels. I commit to sharing my presence and my voice and my experience. My intention is to be All In. I learned this weekend that ESPAVO means “Thank you for taking your power.” ESPAVO, to myself, and to everyone here. 💜💜💜 01:05:52 Kimberly: @Lara I found them under the “Master Level" button 01:06:38 Rosa Zubizarreta: Reacted to "I am here to honor t..." with 🌈 01:07:38 Susan Hagan: Reacted to "I am here to honor t..." with 🌈 01:07:42 Lara Wilde: I just found them. Thank you Kimberly! 01:10:27 Kimberly: You’re welcome! 01:11:50 Kristin Jensen: Whew. So much anxiety showing up for me with this. Definitely connected to my perfectionist tendencies. 01:14:04 Magick: What you focus on grows and expands 01:14:05 johanna lieberman: Energy and alignment leads to connection and trust. 01:14:12 Susan Engel: My soul-self connects with their soul 01:14:14 Kristin Jensen: My clients will pick up and reflect my energy back to me. 01:14:15 Lisa Archer: When I trust myself and trust my clients, they are more able to trust themselves and trust the process 01:14:16 jodigolda: Who I am being, inspires the same in others 01:14:21 Nisha Mody (she/her): To me this means that what is created in a relationship is mirrored back and forth, and that creates even new energies in a relationship 01:14:22 Juniper | Alchemessence: We’re working on multiple levels of reality at all times. The underlying energetic foundations of our physical and mental experiences are so important tend. 01:14:22 Jessica Walker: My own sense of confidence, relaxation, and openness will transmit to the people around me. 01:14:24 Rosa Zubizarreta: The subtle levels are real. We humans resonate with one another. Emotions and attitudes are contagious. 01:14:28 Beth Fuller (she/her): Energy follows energy—what a person brings to the room or relationship is felt, consciously or less unconsciously. 01:14:31 Danisha: how I show up the client will mirror that 01:14:40 Kimberly: Energy follows energy means that how I show up with myself in relationship to my client matters and influences the work greatly. 01:14:43 Pamela Shrock: If I am present and calm my clients will be too 01:14:52 Tanja Mateljan: I embody the highest possibility of what the client whats for themselves. 01:14:54 Kacey Cardin, PCC: Who you are Being is how (and who) you are leading 01:14:59 Katherine: Our own energy is contagious - whether negative or positive. When we have confidence, ground, trust, love then our clients will be more likely to feel that as well. We heal in relationship 01:15:00 Cathy Norris: Getting out of my head and being “with” my client. 01:15:17 Jessica Dawson: My energy is leading the container. How I show up influences my clients' experience of themselves and me. 01:15:21 Amy G: An entwined (invisible) relationship/bond that influences every relationship and interaction letting you know sense and feel what's going on. It's experiential and magical! 01:15:57 Tanja Mateljan: Co-regulation, resonance and mirror neurons are a thing! :) 01:16:00 Sheila Wolff: To me it means our energy sets the tone, and creates the sacred space. Our energy leads. As someone with Big Nervous Energy this is really big for me to work on 01:16:11 Helen Wrack-Adams: The world is a mirror. When I put out what I want to receive, that intention is reflected back to me. 01:16:19 jodigolda: Mmm, I love co-regulation 01:16:21 Maria Chowdhury: In many healing practices, the practitioner holds the center and when that frequency is strong, stable and aligned then all the other frequencies synchronize with the central frequency. 01:16:24 Kristin Jensen: @Sheila I feel you on the Big Nervous Energy! 01:16:33 Rosa Zubizarreta: Reacted to "In many healing prac..." with 💜 01:16:40 Jessica Dawson: Reacted to "In many healing prac..." with 💜 01:22:14 Jessica Dawson: Healthy boundaries - I feel I really need to work on this 01:22:15 Katherine: healthy boundaries, trust, room for creativity. I would add freedom and autonomy 01:23:08 Jessica Dawson: Curious Joanna - What is your definition of integrity? 01:23:35 Kristin Jensen: Trust, partnership, and believing what is highest for the client stands out 01:27:58 Nisha Mody (she/her): Reacted to "Curious Joanna - Wha..." with 👍🏾 01:28:06 Nisha Mody (she/her): Replying to "Curious Joanna - Wha..." I’m a new coach, too. 🙂 02:12:50 Alexandra Breeze: Replying to "I feel this too, Ale..." Would love to connect with you! 02:13:05 Nisha Mody (she/her): This is actually making me also think about how I compare myself as being less than other coaches I admire. 02:13:49 Alexandra Breeze: Replying to "right there with you..." Thank you, Sheila! Would love to connect. 💛 02:17:27 Rosa Zubizarreta: Joanna, how does this “no-judgment” fit in with pre-qualifying clients… or even being at choice, about whom we work with, and who we refer to other practitioners who may be more qualified? For example, if a boss is bullying their staff, I may or may not want to, or feel ready to, work with them as my client… and yes, I would have some judgments, but they might not be so easy to set aside… and maybe there really is a question, of is this a fit for me? could you please speak to this… 02:17:44 Marla Bollak: @jaya, i sometimes get this sort of thing from people coming for tarot readings. i think your calling it out is the right way to go. maybe not relevant for coaching, but in tarot, i find that the more i detach from outcome, the more i can hold my center and the better the readings are. what the other person does with the offering is up to them. 02:18:18 Jaya Chelani: Reacted to "@jaya, i sometimes g..." with 🙏 02:24:59 Nisha Mody (she/her): This reminds me of seeing them as an equal partner. 02:25:11 Rosa Zubizarreta: Thank you for this clarification of “whole and complete”. It reminds me of the principle in Buddhism, of each person having Buddha Nature. 02:25:11 Jennifer Malamas: My client has their own inner wisdom and resources and I can partner with them to uncover/remind/support them in accessing 02:25:11 Susan Engel: My responsibility is to help them remove the dross to reveal their gold 02:25:12 johanna lieberman: There is nothing “wrong” with them. 02:25:12 Jennifer: For me it’s a spiritual definition~ see the soul. 02:25:26 Jaya Chelani: we are both equal , part of the same source 02:25:28 Jessica Dawson: Who they are and where they are now is perfect AND they have the capacity to expand into more and different experiences of self, other and life 02:25:33 Dewi "Day-we" Maile Lim @alohadev: See my clients as capable and powerful and holding space for their full expression of this 02:25:34 Susan Hagan: Coaching (and our journey of life!) is never remedial. It's simply an opportunity for adding value. 02:25:36 Katherine: tip to connect with their higher self 02:25:37 Kristin Jensen: They are already worthy and valuable, just as much as I am. They have profound wisdom and worth. 02:25:54 Helen Wrack-Adams: i like to tell my clients that an acorn has everything it needs to become an oak within it. it doesn’t need to doubt, worry or fear that it won’t meet it’s potential. it can take up to 50 years for an oak tree to produce a good yield of acorns. trust in the timing and your own energetics. 02:26:21 Mickee: Reacted to "i like to tell my cl..." with ❤️ 02:26:29 Alexandra Breeze: Reacted to "i like to tell my cl..." with ❤️ 02:27:31 Susan Hagan: Reacted to "i like to tell my cl..." with ❤️ 02:27:47 Nisha Mody (she/her): Reacted to "i like to tell my cl..." with ❤️ 02:28:35 Sue: I see that I have been judging a client who is experiencing resistance as not working hard enough or being diligent 02:29:40 Sue: Home. Growing up!! Self! 02:29:55 Rosa Zubizarreta: I have a client who is EXTREMELY judgmental… and it triggers my own judgment of him. He may be “whole and complete”, and, my judging mind says that he’s got tons of undigested trauma… 02:30:09 Nisha Mody (she/her): I learned that from white supremacy, colonialism, meritocracy, western ideas of medicine, competitiveness within my community. 02:30:10 Kristin Jensen: The religion I was raised in, that was high-demand and perfection-performance oriented. No one is ever enough. And exceptionally high expectations from my mother regarding performance and perfection. 02:30:17 Jaya Chelani: Reacted to "I have a client who ..." with ❤️ 02:30:19 Mika Nakamura: School system, society, the way we are programed to view ourselves. 02:30:41 Jessica Walker: lack of knowledge/skills couples with willingness to learn vs outright refusal to know or to expand their horizon of experience 02:30:54 Jaya Chelani: @Rosa I so hear you ...I have also a similar potential client and I am hesitating to work with them 02:31:18 Lisa Archer: At home, at school and even in some of my later life education too 02:32:24 Marla Bollak: I’m having trouble with this concept. what would unwhole or incomplete look like? 02:32:26 Katherine: I feel like this is all the myth of perfection. Can we be whole and need support? can we be whole and not see everything? Can we be whole and imperfect 02:32:32 Jessica Dawson: My Mum and Grandma used to be very critical of others behind their back, pulling them apart to make themselves feel better and bring others down 02:32:37 Jaya Chelani: I think about them being less than whole and complete because of my previous experiences with them 02:32:38 Nisha Mody (she/her): Reacted to "I feel like this is ..." with 💞 02:32:58 Kavita Rani Arora: Thx for naming that Nisha 02:33:15 Nisha Mody (she/her): Reacted to "Thx for naming that ..." with 🙏🏾 02:33:20 Maria Chowdhury: Holding the seeds of potential and possibility is different than the probability of them expressing their full radiance. 02:33:24 Jaya Chelani: Reacted to "I learned that from ..." with ❤️ 02:33:28 Rosa Zubizarreta: Replying to "@Rosa I so hear you ..." How could anyone ever tell you, you were less than whole? How could anyone fail to notice that your loving is a miracle? How deeply you’re connected to my soul…” The reframes sounds like “Parts work” - where there is a part of me that sees one aspect, and a part of me that sees another… and one part feels one way, and one part feels another way so finding a way to move forward together with the appropriate part in the driver’s seat. 02:40:08 Sue: It was the “with the right support…” they can… I also felt. Oh heck. Now it’s in me! 02:40:34 Mika Nakamura: As a facilitator of healing and growth, reframing our assumption is important so we do not draw a line as if to set a limitation upon our clients' ability and potential. 02:40:42 Rosa Zubizarreta: So something in me says, “yes, they have what they need inside them, and… it might take them many lifetimes to do so!” 02:44:25 Susan Hagan: Reacted to "The phrase “less tha..." with 👍 02:45:44 Juniper | Alchemessence: This makes me think about the quantum effects of witnessing, gazing, and intentions.
